1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ZeedBuzz platform in any capacity — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ZeedBuzz.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the zeedbuzz platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. ZeedBuzz reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and use ZeedBuzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ZeedBuzz does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may only hold one account on zeedbuzz. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on zeedbuzz or any other gaming platform where cross-exclusion applies.
• Not a ZeedBuzz employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ZeedBuzz staff are not permitted to hold player accounts.

ZeedBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Registration

When registering a ZeedBuzz account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zeedbuzz login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ZeedBuzz will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• One account per person: Each individual may only register one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: All registration details must match your official identification documents. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals.
• Account security: You must notify ZeedBuzz support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• KYC verification: ZeedBuzz may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

ZeedBuzz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the zeedbuzz platform:

• Withdrawal to registered method only: Withdrawals can only be sent to the payment method registered on your zeedbuzz account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Verification before withdrawal: ZeedBuzz may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ZeedBuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including the 100% welcome bonus up to ৳50,000 for new players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Standard wagering is 20x the bonus amount.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, while slots contribute 100%. Check the specific promotion for full contribution details.
• Minimum deposit: Bonuses are only activated when the qualifying deposit meets the minimum threshold stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: ZeedBuzz reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the zeedbuzz platform.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on ZeedBuzz are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or sports market on the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmation from the zeedbuzz system. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are void and any staked amount is returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed before placing a bet. These limits may vary by account tier.
• Odds changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds applied to your bet.
• Void bets: ZeedBuzz reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or affected by obvious pricing errors.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result from the relevant governing body. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round is void and stakes are returned. ZeedBuzz is not liable for losses caused by technical issues outside its control.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ZeedBuzz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and cheating: Any attempt to defraud ZeedBuzz or other players, including collusion, use of bots, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering: Using the zeedbuzz platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates anti-money laundering regulations.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on zeedbuzz, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to your zeedbuzz account. Accounts with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Unauthorized software: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Abusive behavior: Threatening, harassing, or abusing ZeedBuzz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.

8Responsible Gaming

ZeedBuzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity and stay in control. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on zeedbuzz.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the zeedbuzz platform. During exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeedBuzz's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Service availability: ZeedBuzz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. ZeedBuzz is not liable for losses caused by platform unavailability.
• Third-party services: ZeedBuzz is not responsible for the performance of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or device manufacturers.
• Consequential losses: ZeedBuzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits or opportunity.
• Force majeure: ZeedBuzz is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network failures.

11Account Termination

Either you or ZeedBuzz may close your account at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Player-initiated closure: Contact ZeedBuzz support to request account closure. Any real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• ZeedBuzz-initiated closure: ZeedBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. In cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. ZeedBuzz may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing 30 days' notice by email.
• Effect of closure: Upon account closure, your right to use the zeedbuzz platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets placed before closure will be settled according to normal rules.

12Changes to Terms

ZeedBuzz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, ZeedBuzz will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the zeedbuzz platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
